No layers. Every engineer talks to customers. Every designer ships. Every PM writes. We hire experienced people and trust them to make the call.
Async-first, remote-friendly
Written before spoken. We document decisions, work in long-form pull requests, and protect deep-work blocks. Two synchronous days per week, the rest is yours.
Customer-grounded, not customer-pleasing
We build for regulated enterprises. That means we say no often, ship slower than consumer SaaS, and earn trust through audit logs and SLAs — not promises.
Boring tech, sharp UX
Postgres, Python, TypeScript, well-typed APIs. Innovation lives in the product surface and the AI pipeline, not the framework choice. Stability is a feature.
