Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements for development teams. The candidate will work with stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document functional requirements. Requirements: - 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Experience gathering and documenting business requirements - Ability to create user stories, use cases, and process diagrams - Understanding of software development life cycle - Experience working with Agile methodologies - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Intermediate or higher level of English Nice to have: - Experience with Jira and Confluence - Knowledge of BPMN - Basic technical knowledge of APIs and databases - Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry
